Commemorates twins Arthur John Cochrane [1891-1941] and Thomas Walter Cochrane [1891-1967] who were well known and admired locally. They arrived in the area in 1911 to work on the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway in the McBride area. The brothers homesteaded in the Robson valley, and worked with Donald “Curly” Phillips [1884–1938] and Roy Frederick Hargreaves [1891–1971] at Robson and Berg Lake, respectively.
